Impressive and long-lasting running results can't be achieved overnight, so this challenge is not for everyone - take it on only if you know your physical shape well and can easily run 6K+ at a light pace. 👀
If you'll notice this running plan is too intense for you, just try adding one or more rest days between long runs. 🙏
