Let this challenge be the beginning to mindfully devote at least a few quiet minutes to ourselves daily. šŸ™Œ The goal of these 10 days is to try to take a conscious break in a world of constant running. šŸŒ We will allocate time for: šŸ’” food; šŸ’” music; šŸ’” books; šŸ’” gratitude; šŸ’” and walks outside.
