Body-related topics are sensitive and complex. The internet is full of tips: "eat that", "exercise this much", "try that lotion" and other "happiness" recipes. But it is no secret that our perception of our bodies is shaped by a wide variety of much deeper, external and internal factors. Are you ready to analyse them?
In this 8 day self-love challenge:
✔ You'll try methods that can help you build a healthier and more positive relationship with your body. 💭
✔ Take the time to cultivate your connection with your body. ⏰
✔ Take a more critical look at social networks and their relationship to body and appearance. 📲
We do not have a single formula that would make us love ourselves right away. But if you accept yourself and your body at least a little more in the course of these eight days, we'll be so proud of these first steps!
